    Elise brings a wealth of experience from diverse restaurant settings — from casual and fine dining to craft cocktail programs and corporate Front-of-House training. With a passion for hospitality and leadership, Elise recently relocated from Hershey to Lancaster to expand and elevate their restaurant expertise.

    Drawn to Annie Bailey’s and TFB Hospitality’s distinctive culture, Elise is excited to take on this new challenge and is looking forward to creating memorable experiences for both our guests and our team.

    Chef Britney’s passion for cooking began in her parents’ deli, where she first experienced how food can bring people together. Known for her love of garlic and inventive takes on pub classics, she brings a deep respect for tradition alongside a drive to innovate. Her current favorite on the menu? Our Roast Pork Sandwich — a testament to her knack for elevating hearty comfort food.

    Outside the kitchen, Chef Britney enjoys expressing her creativity through art, staying active, and, when the craving hits, indulging in a big bowl of mac & cheese. Her advice to aspiring chefs reflects her own journey: work hard, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, stay open to new ideas, and carry forward the best lessons from every kitchen you’re part of.
